  • Non-Personal Data: Information that cannot identify an individual on its own, or has been rendered anonymous. If we combine this with personal data, and it becomes identifiable, we treat the entire dataset as Personal Data.
  • Receiver: Any individual or organisation, public or private, to whom personal data is shared. Government authorities are not considered recipients when receiving data as part of a legal request or investigation.
  • Third Party: Any individual or entity apart from you (the data subject), Reglu (the controller), or those explicitly authorised to process your data under our direct control.

Reglu Private Cloud
The system delivers enterprise-grade file sharing and collaboration in a fully isolated, secure environment, tailored exclusively for your organisation. Built on the trusted Nextcloud ecosystem, Reglu gives you full control over your data, privacy, and infrastructure without compromising on usability.

Reglu provides private cloud infrastructure that operates independently on client-side virtual machines (VMs). All data is encrypted and remains under your control. Reglu does not access or store your content. Users are fully responsible for managing access to their private clouds.

Wealth Management Platform
The product is not publicly delivered yet, and no personal data is collected in connection with it.

IV. Principles for the Processing of Personal Data

We only process personal data when it is necessary to:

  • Provide our services
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Maintain system security and performance
