Delete your Reglu account

You can delete your Reglu account and all data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. In the Reglu app open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm; or
2. Send an e-mail to cfo@reglu.com with the subject "Delete my Reglu account", from the e-mail address or with the phone number linked to your account.

We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, sign-in identifiers, messages, call history, files, health notes and any other content stored for your account on Reglu servers.

What may be kept

Records we are legally required to keep (for example payment invoices) are retained for as long as the law requires and then deleted. Security logs are deleted within 30 days. Data on a Reglu Box you own stays on that device until you wipe it; the app shows how to reset the Box.
