At Reglu, we bring together global expertise with local insight to build truly sovereign technology. Our distributed team spans multiple countries and disciplines, enabling us to deliver tailored solutions that reflect the regulatory, cultural, and operational realities of each client.
Alexey Abolmasov is the founder of Reglu, bringing over 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology and human behavior. He has launched and scaled multiple startups across emerging markets, including 12Go (Travelier) — a high-growth travel platform operating in over 120 countries and on track toward unicorn status. His journey has shaped a deep belief in the importance of control — over data, identity, and decision-making.
Now I’m building Reglu — a private cloud and intelligent assistant for families and founders who value independence. I believe the next decade belongs to those who own their infrastructure and automate their judgment. Reglu is my answer to growing digital opacity and compliance pressure: a sovereign layer for personal data, wealth, and memory.

Alexander Voronkov is the Chief Technology Officer at Reglu, bringing over 20 years of experience in software development, architecture, and engineering leadership. He has built and scaled systems across industries—from mobility platforms to AI-powered marketplaces. Most recently, as CTO at FamBear, Alexander led a full platform rebuild, scaled the user base 20×, and implemented an AWS-based CI/CD pipeline that cut regression time from one day to under two hours.
Previously, at SeatOS, he led the development of a transport-management system used by 150+ operators in five countries. He architected a distributed system of 16 microservices, integrated AI tools for support automation, and oversaw a growing team of engineers, DevOps, and QA.
A seasoned PHP developer and systems architect, Alexander now leads Reglu’s technical vision: owning infrastructure, code quality, security, and AI strategy. His mission: build sovereign, scalable systems that protect data and empower users through privacy-first technology.
Yulia Baiko is Reglu’s Strategic Business & Legal Expert, bringing over 12 years of experience in law, tech, and executive leadership. Her background includes leadership roles at global companies like Booking.com (Agoda) and Alibaba Group (Daraz), where she worked across complex, multi-jurisdictional markets.
Yulia spent 8 years in C-level and corporate roles, including as Head of Legal and later Corporate Manager at 12Go Group, overseeing global operations and cross-functional teams. She has 5 years of experience in fundraising and M&A, managing investor transactions and due diligence.
With legal expertise spanning 37+ jurisdictions across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the CIS, Yulia combines deep regulatory knowledge with business strategy. She holds a Master’s in European & International Law and is passionate about helping companies grow with clarity and control.

Kira Iaryst is the Chief Marketing Officer at Reglu, bringing over 12 years of experience in digital marketing, B2B partnerships, and growth strategy. Before joining Reglu, she led the global distribution team at 12Go, where she built a partner ecosystem and scaled the program across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA. Her expertise spans B2B sales, partner program design, strategic communications, and data-driven campaign optimization.
Kira has also held marketing leadership roles in digital agencies and early-stage startups. Her background includes EdTech, FinTech, and traveltech, as well as hands-on experience in content strategy and technical marketing.
At Reglu, Kira oversees global marketing and communications, aligning product, growth, and brand strategy to deliver a privacy-first message to modern families, founders, and institutions seeking control over their digital lives.
